Any drivers for..

Hi, recently bought a new computer and I got no CD for the drivers (Ethernet Contoller and SM Bus Controller. I just downloaded EVEREST and this is the info I got:
Ethernet Controller:
Hardware ID - PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_054C&SUBSYS_E000145&&REV_A2
Location info: PCIE bus 0, device 10, functio 0
PCI Device - Nvidia MCP67/68 -LAN Controller
And some extra stuff about Device resources didnt no if it it nessesary or not.

SM Bus Controller:
Hardware ID - PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0542&SUBSYS_0C11145&&REV_A2
Location Info - PCI bus 0, device 1, function 1
PCI Device - nvidia MCP67/68 - SMBus Controller.

Im really lost, tried to google for the PCI device but didn't find any drivers for it.

see if your hardware is listed there since its nvidia
