    (1/∞)*∞*0 = ∞

    Making The ∞'s cancel out leaving 1/(1*0) = ∞

    Final product :

    1/0 = ∞
First of all ∞*0 does not equal 0 or ∞. In fact ∞*0 is undefined. So what you are left with is:

    (1/∞)*∞*0 = undefined

With the ∞'s canceling out, leaving 1/(1*0) = undefined.

    Final product :

    1/0 = undefined.

With that said, the limit of any number divided by x, as x approaches 0 is ∞. But as soon as x = 0, it is undefined.

    Sorry

    edit:
Adding on to what you said by taking 500 / .01, then you do .001, and so on
Then you go to state that 0 = 0.00000000000................. (infinite zeros), which is true.
But you had been dividing 500 by (some number of zeros)1. And since 0 is not equal to 0.000000000000........infinite number of zeros......1 your argument isn't valid.
