I would like to have a little contest awarding several wow accounts both with 70's and blank along with an age of conan account as a reward as well but I have no idea where something like this should be posted or if it's allowed?

I've looked around as much as possible but can't seem to find a suitable answer or section, any help would be greatly appreciated and of course + REP!
