Before you continue I warn you, this is sorta a dumb/newbish question disguised as a thread!

Ok I have been a member to this community for awhile now.. contributed my fair share of scams and even helped those who choose to PM me for help. I have not really got into the whole "rank" system as far as sergant or master sergant etc... goes.

But I would like to know. How does one increase their rep power? I have a rep power of 1. I'd like to know how to increase it so that when I give rep for ideas I really like. Or just to people I think really deserve it I can give them extra rep.
