I gather it was the other guys fault? My friend got rear ended (Not a joke...) and got about $3000 for some extremly minor neck damage (Very minor whiplash, other car was moving 5 mph) and to fix a scratch in her car, which she never got fixed and just kept the moeny

Hey everyone, just wanted to let yous guys know I am back again. I'm way behind on everything and I'm still fighting the insurance company (it was the other driver's fault) so give me time to get back on. Hopefully I'll be posting all 30,000 tutorials that I need to shortly.

And to confirm, yes, this is exactly what happened.

He was driving normally, everything fine, you try to take a normal turn.
His car stopped, and stood completely still for a few seconds.
Next moment car was in wall, towards your left, that was 94m ahead of you at the time.
