[question] how does one get rep points

i know im sounding like a dumbass, but how does one get rep pouints to + rep some1 more then 1 point?

is it based off of your own rep?

Yeah, basically, just get a little rep and then you can give till your hearts content.

With the new rep system you have +1 point and for ever year you gain a point I believe and every 150 rep :]
