123 AVI to GIF Converter

So I got this program the other day, and whenever I try to convert something I get an error saying "unable to decompress AVI file and I cannnot save the GIF it makes. Can anyone help?

well.... could be nice if you told what program you uses, then someone maybey could help you

Probably because the avi file uses a codec not supported by the program. Try and "re-render" the file as an uncompressed avi and then use it in your program.

It's because the AVI has an unsupported codec.

Thanks guys, fixt the problem (was the codec)
