Jailbreaking iTouch help

Hey, bought a refurbished iPod touch 8g a few months ago and looking to jailbreak it. Because I bought it refurbished, the version is "1.1.5 (With software upgrade)" So in other words, it basically gave me the 2.0 apps like google maps and contacts and everything, just its not 2.0 version.

Anyway, where can I find a good tutorial for jailbreaking this version of Itouch? Did some searching and found a program called iLiberty, but I don't know if it works with 1.1.5. Any help would be appreciated

also, any good places to download games and apps after I get this thing jailbroken?
