shaman macro help!!!

can any one help me with a macro, i need it to cast lightning bolt, elemental mastery, nature's swiftness, and another lightning bolt.
SO,lightning bolt for the first attack then elem mastery/ nature's swiftness and another lightning bolt togather for the second part.

I know it might be unclear, but bear with me..hehe bear.:wave:
but seriously PLZ.

/cast Lighting bolt
/stopcasting
/cast elemental mastery
/cast nature's swiftness
/stopcasting
/cast lighting bolt

im pretty darn sure this wont work even with an addon. you can make one wih most likely this part though....

/cast nature's swiftness
/stopcasting
/cast lighting bolt

hope that helps, i love my shammy... although i dual wield fel edged battleaxes so i have no real need for many macros heh.
