Debt.. What should I do?

So alright, I'm 291 dollars in debt with paypal because of something WoW related- infact, I'll say what happened.

I posted a thread on buysellmmo.com to sell my WOTLK beta account. Some random guy pops me an IM, and I think- Cool, someone's interested.
They offer me 300 dollars- I'm thinking "Whoa! that's nice. I'll take it"
I clearly state to everyone who IM'd me for it that this was a beta account then they were like: oh kthxbai lol thought it was live (even though I clearly stated it was beta in the thread).

So this person sends me 300 dollars, I give them the WOTLK Beta info, they try logging in, saying it doesn't work, because they decided to think that this was a live account. So they ask for a refund, I give it because I don't want to come off as a scammer.
So I send back their money, and all is good.. until I check the next day and their transaction got chargebacked by their credit card company.
I started a dispute with paypal and they haven't done much about it yet.

What should I do to get out of this mess? I can't remove my credit card because of this debt.

You need to sort this through paypal by the sounds of it don't listen to there shit about contacting you in the net week get answers on the phone and keep in thouch with the seller.

Not a whole lot you can do now, it's pretty much in paypal's hands. Chances are you will lose the dispute because you sold intangible goods, which you aren't supposed to do.

I think theres an option under dispute that says something like "show that you have already refunded" just show them the money u sent back to him.

I called them before- But I'll keep nagging. I'll say it was for services.
