I have my own concerns for the GMs "lol their is this noob talking to me" for
A: GMs all work together in France and could easily shout/say through a LAN microphone or through their workplace
B: GMs are mostly run by macros who are rarely checked up on, unless you get a ticket and they are chosen to anwer it. Oh and don't forget they're lazy, THEY exploit by staying on GM Isle all the time or some crap.
