im not sure if this is the right place for this, but what exactly is rick rolling?

[Errage]

"Rick Rolling" is the act of fooling somebody into going to a site with the video and song "Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up" with an interesting title, or something to mislead the person into believing it's something else. For example, claiming you're linking to a "ZOMG HOT PICTURE OF <Insert name of celebrity/hot person here> HERE!" and when you click the link, you wind up with Rick Astley.
