Are you sure that u have a virus? i thought so one time , but it showed up it was quicktime that haad taken 90% of my cpu, ctrl+alt+del and then check your cpu useage , maybe its something that u dont know that uses your cpu way to much! Just a tip! Goodluck

Sometimes Svchost.exe takes a lot of CPU and makes net slow , then just kill it (it needs to be network service , and it gets a lot of cpu % when you go to internet browser , other network service svchost is copy/paste manager so dont kill that )
