Help finding a addon

Hello. As the topic says ... i need a addon that can *register* the cloud on my map. Try`d once a addon for Cartographer but it seems that it doesnt work. Its much easy when you see the spawn points of windy clouds on the map ... beside that you have th alt tab every time to get the route .. or for other clouds as well.

If you want to see the whole map, theres option for that n Cartographer
