I would do, but it could be anyones eMail adress... try deleting the browser cache or try THIS, it should be the same like someone other tries, also it could be possible that you must be 18 to register and fake your birthday. If not, try another eMail adress. You can get unlimited free eMail adresses without even registering HERE.

Lemme guess, you have wireless? Most wireless connections use a different IP every time they log on, so you might have gotten an IP that somebody used and abused on DevientArt.
