Help with a paypal scam?

This isn't exactly a general purpose scam website, but, I'm posting in the general chat section, so I don't feel bad for spamming in the wrong site.

Basically, I managed to get the email account of some random kid at my college...shame on him for allowing a public computer to save his password. Anyways, with that email address and password, I now have access to his ebay account, his other 2 email addresses, and most of his personal information, including the last 4 numbers of two of his bank accounts.

I'd really like to get into his paypal account, and buy some random crap for my wow characters, which is virtually untraceable, but, the password isn't the same. How can I get a hold of it? I tried asking paypal to send a new password to his email account, but for some reason, the email hasn't shown up to any of them.

Any ideas? Or, what can I do with an ebay account, but no access to the paypal info?

Lastly, any ideas for other things to try and scam from this guy? I have addresses, phone numbers, and some other, less useful information that I dug up from his facebook account, et cetera.

So come on! Let me know what evil things you guys can cook up! Preferably the kind of scheme that allows me to profit in some way

And...before I get any posts about indecency and being mean and blah blah blah....I really don't care.

Even if you don't care about being indecent, you can get into a lot of trouble for this. Virtually untraceable? I'm going to assume you're not even using a proxy. I thought this was the General forum? I didn't know you where supposed to come on here and ask how to be a douche bag.
