    WPE Pro Blocked! Please Help XD

    Ok, I really want to try out the program WPE PRO. But when ever i try and extract it from the zip my computer blocks it. I am using vista and have tried exiting and disabling my anti virus programs but still does not work. If any1 can help +rep and many thanks...
