[OS Skin] What to use to free up RAM

This is NOT a skin for you to download it is a tip so you can free up resources so you have more RAM for other things. It is very simple if you have vista/xp this is useful change back to the old Windows Classic skin, you actually have more customizable stuff with this anyways :P just letting people know this useful tip
