Counting Cards

Okay I saw the movie 21.... And well I said: wow thats fake, I then went home and googled it. I found manythings on it, and devopled some things to myself.

The first thing to have is a system. The easiest system is what we are going.

1 0 System
The system we are going to use is apprioprately called the 1 0 system. It uses the numbers -1, 1, and 0. The numbers 7, 8, and 9 (also know as 7-9) are worth 0 to your count. 10, Ace, and all face cards (Queen, Jack, and King) Take away 1 from your count, also know as -1. The remaining numbers, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Add one to your count, or 1.

Using it
Now it is time to apply it. First of memorize the count... THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING! After it is memorized you can apply it. Now to start grab a deck of cards I have mine here and I am going to shuffle first. When you are learning the count don't start with a real game just take the top card of the deck and flip it over. Now for the sake of learning purposes I am going to use my deck. My first card is a Jack, it is worth??? -1, so our count is now -1. Now we have a queen so we now have another -1 card, so we have -2. Now we have a 4, so -2 +1=-1.
Now from here on out I am just going to say the card.
10, 5, King, 8, 4, King, 6, Queen, 9, 3, Ace, Queen, 9, 2, 3, 8, 7, 7, 10, 5, 2, , Jack, Ace, 2, , 9, Queen, 6, 4, King, 8, 5, Jack, 6, 10, 9, 10, Ace, 2, Jack, King, 4, 5, 6, 3, 8, 7, 3, 7, Ace. So if you kept up your end count is...... 0. When you ave a full deck of 52 cards your count cancels its self out providing your end count 0.

Why This Works
The reason why: the 10 face cards and Ace are what you want, but when they go away you have a less chance of getting 21. The lower cards 2-6 are agains you and when they are gone thats good because you are more likely to get 21.but when your count is low like -5, if you hvae 14 and you hit you are more likely to get smaller number cards. As for the rest of the cards they have nothing for or against you.

Now all thats left is practice when you can count through a deck in 45 seconds or less, you are fast enough.

This is not illegal by the way if I forgot something and you know what it is tell me.
