Big issue with Rapidshare (scared)

Yeah so Rapidshare was working np, And now every time i go to download it says someone else is Dling are i have to wait 33 mins+. I have turned my Router of and on so many times....The only computer that can connect throw wireless is mine. So Im thinking a proxy-server? But wait....I do not go on proxy-server's/ Don't have one, So wth? Its been like this for 2 days.

Tho i did get Metal Gear Online Beta, You can Download from other people who has the game, could this be giviing me the issue?

Are is rapidshare just trying to get me 2 get a Account?

Whatever it is its scaring the hell out of me, As i don't know whats going on, And if it is an other persion, god knows what there Downloading,

So can anyone help me
