umm, Help plz?

I've haven't used paint(windows program) in a long time but just the other day I wanted to check out all my screen shots when i noticed all my photo editing programs (including piant) are gone! I've tried restore but i dont know how long ago they all got deleted or somthing. I was just wondering if there is a place i can download paint or somthing?
