How to cheat a paying site and earn alot of cash.

Hey guys
First of all i would like to say that my english are not perefect, if you got quetions about something u didnt understood or something, tell me.
ok lets begin:
Theres a site, that pays for u for fill up some offers, like registering forms or things like that.
for each offer you will be rewarded for 0.10-2.00 dollars, that aint alot but its pretty good.
the payment its via Paypal/Alertpay and all that stuff.
each account for you to get the money u need 1 account in paypal etc..
also theres is in the site refferal program that each person u refforming in the site ull gonna be rewarded by 10 cents.
now WE enerting to the picture:
after u are complete the offers and your payment is pending, change your IP , and delete cookies and then open ANOTHER account, and form your main account as reffer. (also u have to open another paypal account)
do the offer in that user as well and send the money to your second paypal account. after the money arrived , send it to your main paypal account.
i did that last week with like 17 accounts to buy a game card D:
