[Video] Breakdance

My very little project. Wanted to try out a few new things with my camera


Filmed with the Canon EOS 7D.
Lenses used: Tamron 17-55 2.8 and the Canon 50mm 1.8.

Music: DJ Fresh - Louder (Doctor P & Flux Pavilion Remix)
Dancers: Jozua Peelen, James Kwast.

Put that song on any clip and it becomes godlike, although a well timed opening will make you get goosebumps ;d

I don't know anything moving pictures, but I like the subtle effects. I also liked the colors, but you used them only for a few seconds.

Subtle effects are good indeed, but the video could more fit the music (faster / slower dance when music gets faster and slower)
You could also try to stop video for like 0.01 sec when you're using these subtle effects, it might look good (nothing guaranteed)

Out of gfx - that smoking intro couldn't be gayer tho (if you know what I mean )

Thanks for commenting =) A taste thingy I think. It's so short because I don't had enough time to make enough shots. :'(

The Subtle effects always do the job If I had more shots I would have played more with the speed, like slow motions in twixtor.
You are right about the intro, it could have been grayer but it doesn't concern me that much.

Could have used just a bit more footage so the audio wouldn't have sounded weird.
