Don't use the addons, but it is the addon that's doing it.

Did some research and found this:

'"Blessing of Demonstration" will show up as long as the bars are in configuration mode meaning as long as the anchor is shown. Hide the anchor and it's gone.'

What an "anchor" is, i'm not sure, as I don't use it. Hopefully you'll know what it's talking about. An alt-left click on the anchor is supposed to hide it.
