I did this last night, and just thought I'd post it today.

This is done using a brush set downloaded from deviantart with dual brush and some other tweaked settings, as well as a custom texture I created for pieces like this.

It's cool. But it is sort of confused looking. And if there is a render...I can't see him . If you are going for artistic then it's a fine job, nice.

Yeah there is no render, just some glam-ish style dual brushing =).
