If the rating is x/10 Id have to say 5/10. But thats comparing to the best, and since your not that familiar to PS, id say its pretty good. Some tips i would suggest is adding more color mainly. also try to make a lighting factor such as my signature, it adds more depth into your sig.

A trick i Like to use is create a new layer and set its blending mode to linear dodge. Than take a brush color that would go good with the sig ( make sure its dark) and brush around areas. Once you get use to it you can switch imbetween colors and make the sig look great.
