    Critic my signature!

Well, I've been using PS for a long time but I'm more of a web designer and I've never done this kind of render + a lot of brushes etc, before I came here... So this is a new kind of signature for me, but I think it turned out well. But I know it can always improve, what do you say?

Render quality seems a bit low, other than that it's nice.

I took a screenshot from model viewer, but I think I destroyed it a bit too much afterwards (sharpen + blur is a big no-no). Will think of that next time. :yuck:

Honestly, your effects are way overdone. Your lighting is too strong and there is no real flow. Try reducing the size of the render a bit to make it fit in a little more as well.

If you want any tips or mini tutorials I can give you heaps, just PM me.

I easily put a little too much on it and that might've happened, yeah. ^^ I like the lightning though, looks like there's something opening behind the priest. Thanx for the criticism!

I thought this was so fun, I want to do another sig! If anyone wants a sig made, just gimme a request, otherwise I'll do another one for myself.

I used the clone tool and some splatter brushes + smudge, also I have a CD4 to the right. Used a smooth round brush for the light. Had a grunge brush as well, you can see it to the left, didn't turn out that good imo.

Your second sig is 100X better, however, the low opacity white bar and the text are killing it.

Get some text that fits in with the flow (simple always works) and take away the white bar and that new one will be mint.

I must disagree with you there, I like the gloss and font a lot. Feels too mainstream to change it tbh but I see what you mean. This kind of signature making was very fun anyway! Think I'm going to open up a signature service.

Thanks. Guess I'm the only one who likes glossy signatures, oh well, I'll just skip the gloss when/if I do signatures for other members.

The gloss works on some signatures, such as your old one, but not on all of them.

Bizzie, seriously, you don't have a clue what your talking about.

Me0w these are very good sig's the black and white works brilliant as a contrast and the effects leaves a very ellegant feel.

Your text on it i liked very much, fits in perfect.

    Well done indeed.

It's good, but I'd suggest you to use the round marque tool to make the gloss space, but that's all just a bit of taste...
