[Animated] Avatar Tutorial

Well since this was by request from a few people here it is
-------------------
Programs You Will Need
WoW Model Viewer
The Patch List for WoW Model Viewer(the rest of the models)
Fraps(Passowrd is aborad)
Super[C] Video Coverter
Photoshop CS3 or Photoshop CS2 with imageready

----------------------------
The Guide

First: Open up WoW Model Viewer and start up Fraps

Second: Pick a Character and set the characters animation and start Fraps before you put the characters armor on(or you can give fraps a diff hot key then F9 then you can do it after putting the armor on)

Third: Stop Fraps after the desired time of animation(it should be a cycle of the animation only once) then go into the fraps folder and find your newly created movie

Fourth: Start Super© and place the fraped video inside the white box area in super©
<The Pic Below Has The Exact Settings Needed Set them to it>



Then Click "Encode (Active Files)" and when it's done your new .MOV Movie will be placed in Local Disk(C)

Fifth: Open up photoshop and click File-->Import-->Video Frames To Layers
Now Place your border on a new layer making it the last layer now erase the inside of the border

Sixth: Now add your text to the border then CROP around the border making it the regular size avatar

Seventh: Set your animation for the layers in the animation window the average for it should be around 0.01sec to 0.1sec

Eighth: Now to save your precious animated avatar File-->Save For Web And Devices then click save when the window pops up

Hmm... Everything works until I get to the photoshop part... All of the Layers of the Avatar are white and I have know idea how to add new layers.... >.<

yah camgru had the same problem...im making a vid how to do it also so....
