[HELP] Snow Efeckt

Heey, I need some help doing a kind of snow animated on the photo . It shall be like its snowing..

Ok like Remah said, but i will tell you very quickly how to make a snow effect.

- First change the Hue / Sat so its a cold atmosphere (very important!)
- Second make new layer / fill with white / add noise about 400%
- To thin the snow, filter - stylize - darken only, hold down 'Ctrl' and hit 'F' until desired effect. Adjust Opacity so backdrop is visable.
- Repeat step 3 with different noise density's to display distance and depth.
- apply on a few noise (snow) layers a raidal blur effect (set to zoom), amount: 20 to give it motion. (DONT use motion blur!)
- Lastly use a brush (soft) to make biger snow flakes to give it realism.
