Im guessing you used HTTracker for the wrath site images and CSS etc... then edited the images from there,

simple i did use photoshop to make the main picture whit the logo and stuff :P

i did use only Firefox + notepad :P you dont need much to extract the images from WotLK site :P , the big problem is only fitting the all together

that why i did use photoshop to make the main picture in the background and made form on top of it
