What I would recomend is make a better cut out on the people in it, then blur the edges because the sharp white edges realy stick out!

Ok here's what I got in V2 Attachment 15178

Actually, I like the white outline on the first image, just add some feather to it, so it looks even better (don't add too much, it can really cripple it). As for background, colors look a bit washed out (compared to whites and peoples) so I suggest doing some filters there, to make colors "alive" like they are on the rest of the pictures.
