[Request] Stream Chat Blocker/WoW Informational Banner

Alrighty, so I've just recently started streaming and I'd like a small banner with my stream name on it and my character showing aswell.

Stream name: "Zurbz"
i want my charachter name Zerbz in the chat blocker not my stream name.
i want it to look kind of like https://i.imgur.com/Cx2GK.png but red instead of green and different font.
no gladiator icons and my charachter also the letters darker.

Extra text: Would be nice if you could put "Make sure to "Follow" the stream" or something like that under the name.
