If anyone knows what its called that would be amazing.

Edit, looks like its from the Friz Quadrata family http://www.azfonts.net/load_font/FRIZQS__.html

maybe some custom semibold version

Yeah, the P looks like its from the Friz Quadrata family too, but I'm not so sure about the 'lay' part of it. Thanks for the help so far.
