Beginner Vector Tutorial

First, grab a vector brush I'll be using http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/...+age_scale%3A5

Get a render from www.Planetrenders.net

Make a new document 330x130.

Brush around in a nice pattern with the vector brush and also with the colors of your render.

add your render

Next, do a gradiant map (Black and whit) and put it on 38 opacity.

Now, make a new layer, then do image-applyimage.

Then do filter-bluer-gussian bur on 50% opacity.

After that, add some text.

Then apply image once again on anew layer, and go to edit - stroke and chose your border color.



OPTIONAL:::::::
Make a new layer, image apply image then go to filter - sharpen - sharpen and see how it looks *you may need to turn down the opacity *





That is my outcome, pretty nice for a beginner tutorial. Be sure to post your outcomes!!
