Meh, to me it honestly just looks like a complete smudged background with a black and white render and a C4D overlayed =/ Nothing special tbh.
Try using some tutorials or something, needs more render blending/color among other things.

Background isn't smudged, render wasn't black and white. Still, does it look good? At least remotely? Idk, I find it attractive for some reason. Maybe it's Megan Fox.

I guess in a sense just because it IS megan fox, but other than that, not really.

Used some lightning effects, some C4D's and stock background (clouds), which I blurred a little. All in 10 minutes or so, wasn't really going for something epic or so. I just wanted a Megan Fox sig, had some visuals in my mind and tried to recreate them.

Oh, and some Brightness/Contrast and Hue.
