I used to hang out with a guy back in college whose dad knew Larry David irl. They were fraternity brothers a long time ago, and he said Larry David is just like he is in curb irl. He told me a story one time about how after he was famous he invited the whole frat out to dinner, and then dipped out right before the check came without saying anything to anyone.

He did such a good job as George Steinbrener in seinfeld. Def one of the best comedic minds of our time.
