[Animation] Smashing Text

Hey guys, recently done quite a small animation within Cinema 4D, it has no sound and I realise the sizing is off, this was because I wanted to do a quick render on it.



What do you guys think?

Thank you , the animation wasn't long enough to show all the pieces breaking off, and next time I shall use a curved font (looks a lot better)

Never actually used Cinema 4D, only had some experience with 3d studio max which i liked allot, spent allot of hours messing with it.
I do like the animation tho, especialy because its not just the shattering of text but rather shattering than forming a new one, does Cinema 4D has a preset for this, or it is made from scratch (as i never used it :F) ?

It's sort of a mix of everything, there is a plugin that I used to create the smashing text effect, but everything after that was basically made from scratch with just effectors.

Would be cool if you made some more of theese as you progress in Cinema 4D

Nice idea there. I've done similar things in After effects, just not so much 3d work ;P

Keep messing with it and you'll learn more than watching tuts, ;P
