The bottom one needs way more light to it. You're not supposed to know what it looks like.
I like the signature, but it's a bit cluttered.
I would also move the bottom lightning to the top, so it fits with the render's light. Seems a bit wrong when the render is almost black on one side, and then there's a bright light, that has no effect on it.

I hate the side borders in total, take number 3 and just take away anything on the sides, it will look fine.

Thanks for an actual CC, i Don't completely agree with the light at the top. If it was at the top it would completely kill the fact that his head is fading to black.

But i do think i could Put the light source in a better spot, thanks again.
