[Request] my site banner :)

hi , im looking for some PS pro to fix my site an awesome banner!
(my site: http://nilsworld.com/ , im currently working on it!)

It isnt a complex task, i want the banner only to be transparent text with an aweosme font and it should be a little 8bit(pixelated)




the banner should be:
Width: 367 (px)
Height: 66 (px)
TRANSPERENT
