[Help] problem with cs4

so i just got CS4 from ebay for a nice 100 bucks, but im having troubles with it, i was using cs2. I cant seem for the life of me figure out how to insert a render in cs4, can anyone help me lol

I think uninstalling the CS2 and then installing CS4 would fix it, if that's what you mean. If not, I didn't get the question. ^_^
