From a tutorial on Photoshoproadmap

The only tools used in making this, were the Elliptical Marquee Tool, Fill Tool (Both for creating the clouds and circles), Hard Brush (Splatters), Layer blending options(Gradient on clouds/Stroke on some circles), Free Transform (got a little lazy for a couple of circles) and Text Tool (derp). Trust me, it may seem like a lot of tools, but putting in all of those damn circles in one by one to form the rings for each and every circle was pretty tedious, the nudge feature was my friend for those 5 hours..

I am just pissed that I cant actually use this as my desktop background with XP.. the background for the stuff on my desktop are all the same shitty color and it ruins it completely =/ If anyone knows how i can make it transparent i would appreciate it. =)

Get Windows 7 or:
Rightlick -> $$DUNNO THE NAME$$ -> Show Desktop Symbols and deactivate it Will help you...

Or get Linux and just switch to an empty desktop all the time :P

Rightclick -> View -> Show desktop icons, you can uncheck it to only have the background.
