1) Poor grammar usage in multiple places. (although not part of the design)
2) Poor image quality for the logo?
3) I can see the render blended with the spirit healer.

Not bad, not great.

I think it's trying to be professional, but it's not quite there, so it gets a lower score. 4/10

The layout is huge, other then that, keep at it and keep improving for I believe it's not finished yet.

The glow looks a little bit weird and the 'search' bar is kinda weirdo too.
other than that its not good but not bad either 5/10

Layouts are more than cut out images and shapes.

Check out the use of patterns, textures, gradients, etc.

the use of glows is tooooo much. try to tone them down just a bit.
the image on the navbar is very pixelated, find a higher resolution source image or a new image altogether.
the images on the right seem to be just randomly placed because there is no cohesive background. either use a full picture background or a plain color background, don't mix the two.
the background for the posts should be a different color than the box they are already sitting on to increase contrast.
that's about it i suppose. look online for web layout tutorials and web design principals, and you could really make this shine.
