Using a generic layout is different from using someone elses exact work.
Also, I was the third to do so - you chose to rip my work because OP said he liked it when you should've ripped theirs if your layout was what you were so worried about.

- Both of you have used a sort of 'neon glow' effect. Personally, I dislike it. Although they are both fine contributions I advise you to remove it and add something else if you wish to earn my love... and +Rep.
