I like it, however I think you tried to make it so detailed that the part around the nose got a bit weird. Bit hard to explain but yea.. it's the sort of white dots that I mean.. Don't think I don't like it, I do, but you say criticism is appreciated so here you go ^^

Very nice I really like it, some criticism though,

right eye is a bit weird compared to left, and neck seems too smooth compared to face if you know what I mean :\

Overall though very nice work, amazing job .

@Confucius: Yeah I know about the neck, I didn't have any motivation to detail it as it's so boring, but let's just say it's an attempt to simulate the focus on cameras .
