Do you use a regular mouse when you sketch or do you have a touch pad?

That image looks pretty hard to do with just a mouse.

i have a mini touch pad but it sucks...so i only use a mouse, but i didnt draw it out of my head, i googled a picture of deathwing

Aha, I can see you like deathwing by your avatar maybe you should try make a sketch from that image. May turn out quite nice.
