I would unsharpen the face a bit, looks wierd

His face is finie, but the edges of the render are very sharp (the shoulder just behind his face for example) and stand out against the background.

Overall I like it, colors are very nice

at the moment your text really takes too much attention from the focal and doesn't fit in the sig.
Also the C4d placement could be improved, you don't have to fill every spot in the sig - that light yellow smudged spot on the right, just leave it out
And dont sharpen the whole render, I usually apply the image, then sharpen the whole sig and delete most parts - original sig is oversharpened, i agree
