Too dark on the upper part. Instead of focusing my eye on eye (lol) when I first saw it, I focused on below the eye.

Try and remove part of the black , it draws you away, even though its dark, its a filler that isn't needed.

I really like the use you did with the colours.

There's a lot going on under the eye, like Jieme said it draws your attention away from the eye part. The part under the eye looks very nice, if you did something like that above the eye it would probably balance it out.
