Nothing special whatsoever. Anyone can rotate a render, throw down some simple filters, stick it on a purple background and add a border.

I agree with both G Z and Albedo. Try using some brushes and maybe some C4Ds, also add some smudge

This was something that was quick and simple. Mostly playing around with Photoshop. I started out with the Gundam render of course and did some editing to it, after that I didn't end up using it so I saved it for later. Eventually decided to try some stuff and nothing worked well, so I just threw a background on there.

Lately I have just been toying with Photoshop, I have other work that uses a lot of smudging and lighting and really are more detailed.
