ye, i didn't know what effect to do with it cos i am not very good with photoshop so i don't know what does what?

gotcha, hmmm. I tried playing with it, but if i do one thing then i feel like changing all of it, im starting to learn how to use smudge brushes appropriately, try learning some of that too, would make it look nice.

yeah, for brush settings you can just google image smudge brush settings, and for tutorials go here.
