Looks pretty nice, as Reflection said its a bit blurred, Maybe try and sharpen it a bit.

In full size the focus point is sharper

Oh, now I see it. You blurred one part and sharpened one part. I don't really fancy that on big images, it works perfectly on signatures due to the small size, but with this size I just can't focus on the correct part at all. It's still a really good piece, but I could live without the blurring
